Is the hull of a 60' Pinnace, displacement or simi-displacement?

The reason I ask is that some variations were quoted at 15 knots maximum which seems to be well above the  maximum displacement speed.

What is the maximum speed that ASCO do with 3 x 6354 Perkins engines?

Planing hulls on these, and at only 15 knots they are on the plane due to the large flat sections aft.
