Hi there,

 

Just wondering if members are due an update soon, appreciate of course much work being done re tender to Ark Royal, looming deadline with regard to Heritage Lottery Fund, and besides, Hythe Marine Park? etc, just that on Yardarm still shows July newsletter. As I said, all volunteers with other "distractions" famillies, work etc! but just interested, from an "arm chair" supporter, forum going great guns, so much interest and work being done.

Hi John,

As you correctly surmise we are up to eyeballs in all sorts of delicate negotiations which should not be aired until finalised, as other wise we have to undo what has been said etc. if it all goes pearshaped.

There is only one of us looking after a huge amount of work including the website, so apologies for an slowness will try and get something soon.

We are awaiting the outcome of fund applications.

Not too sure on that John - I know that 'they' have had a little success with a small grant, I thought that the G/Box was the problem? probably 'Pathfinder' will enlighten the two of us??
