   Just typed the above in to search and came up with the SEEDA website and piece on the area. VERY INTERESTING and seemingly an ideal location for a variety of marine businesses, moorings, pier, travel host, sheds etc, I reall do hope that the BMPT will be considerd for a berth there, though I know that perhaps other sites have not paned out in the past! it could be a really good base to move forward with developing the trust.
