1/350 Vosper 70 foot MTB 34

   Here's my 1/350 White Ensign Models 70ft Vosper MTB. Although the kit depicts MTB 57, it is identical to MTB 34. The only difference is the engines fitted, but they were later fitted with the same types. I chose MTB 34 because of this interesting camouflage scheme, which seems to be a light grey with admiralty dark grey stripes

The twin 0.5 Vickers in the bin were a bit of a nightmare but managed it eventually. I contacted HSL Mouldings who make a large scale model of MTB 34, and apparently it's a north sea scheme worn in 1941 - if anyone has more details/photographs of MTB 34 or similar in this scheme i'd love to see them
