French VTB

   Hey guys thought you might like a look at this blueline I got of a French VTB.  Likely the VTB 10-14 Variant.  2 Lorraine Engines are called out.  This drawing done by BPB engineers.  It still has the original Confidential BPB stamep on the back. It has two drop over the  side torpedoes racks.  

Sorry for the poor quality I have to get it professionally done.
