Hi I have just found the note re Queen Gull and plans, I am a joint owner of Queen Gull and confirm that we still have the model plans should anyone like to copy them. QG is currently in Fort Nelson on display, also we have scale model there as well as she was when originally built. Over the winter of 05/06 the hull was refastened and epoxy sheathed, the mechanics recommissioned, the hull repainted in we think the correct military colours and number. QG was launched and run successfully at the CMBA rally at Fritton in June 06. This year (2007) she is due to take part in a number of events, A dry rally at the Basildon Motor Boat Museum Sat 31 March, Fritton in June, Windermere in Aug and Cardiff in Aug. With possibly one more outing towards the end of the year. Please get in touch if you would like to see her at any event, best to confirm she will be there before setting out, she's an old lady...
