   Hi All,

Just seen the above, glad that the lease on Marchwood is till 2010, but as you say, need to look to the future, pity FMB Ark Royal had to leave Hythe Marine Pak, hoped that it could have been the first foothold there! but perhaps being naive, given the lack of welcome post Husbands closure, honourable exception of SMC Marchwood of course, for which all thanks are due. Re Ark Royal, well, plan for the new installation seems very sensible, brand new cost price Perkins a very good bargain. Installation, I can understand needs to be done properly, am no engineer, but hope that the fee for this work is fair, have experience in the marine leasure world, and shall we say, some people, not all I know, in the area of boat maintanance seem to think it is a licence to print money. Any way,  I hope that the funds can be raised, and thus she can start to earn some money for her upkeep, not a lot in my personal pot at the moment, along with many others I know, but will try and help.  I am sure you guys at the sharp end are working away, never easy, all the best though.
