Hello
Just the the above on Boats for Sale section of the BMPT site, what a magnificent craft, immaculatley kept and a real tribute to the former owner, and great to quote the history. I personally feel that in some ways it would be nice for her to stay in that neck of the woods, away from the damp etc over here and to be frank, the possibility of neglect that a number of these craft have suffered over here despite the great efforts of the few to be found on these pages. Of course, one can not gaurantee her or any other vessel there or any where else, I recall the piece on an RAF vessel abandoned in Malta? or Spain in the BMPT magazine a few years ago by Phil Simmons. Anyway, I do hope she finds a good home, best of luck Christian.
Regards
John |

Thanks John, my involvement is simply that I know the owner whose husband (a superb German engineer) passed away recently and as she cannot afford the berthing fees she needs to find the boat a new home, and wants her to go to an enthusiast. The boat is in remarkable condition, as you say a tribute to Hans who has done a great job. Rgds, Christian. |
