Today (30th July) marks an anniversary of the loss of the entire crew of MTB 345.
The Veteran's Website at http://cfv.org.uk/article/the-loss-of-mtb-345 gives a comprehensive account of what was recognised as a major war crime. A sobering glimpse of history.

Many thanks for highlighting this episode of the war, a very sad and tragic act, indeed a war crime, putting up such resistance as mentioned in the link.
