Anyone got any ideas as to the identity of the attached photos of a print, marked Voodoo 1932?

Many thanks, Snark.

Maybe I should move it to a different forum area? - coastal forces?

I recently watched a short film at the portsmouth naval dockyard museum (in the corner of the boatbuilding shed) with a series of 3 or so prototype fast coastal patrol boats - the boat in the picture reminded me of one of those - maybe thornycraft?

Am I not right in thinking that this hull looks very like a WW1 Coastal Motor Boat, possibly converted to a motor yacht?  Quite a few of these were converted, and a few of them ended their days as houseboats on the Upper Thames on the section between Penton Hook and Molesey. I believe this shape was originated by Thornycroft.

Hi there,

Many thanks, yes that would seem to be the case, she has a "yacht" like look to her, with the canvas dodger etc..
