Hi People,

Inspired by a 'magic' RTTL from the Mayhem Weekend I have obtained the plans for the John Pritchard BPB 68' model.

Before I fill the shed with wood shavings are there any suppliers out there from whence I could source mouldings of the superstructure deck fittings etc.

Hull building I can manage but my fingers are all thumbs when I get topsides.

Hi Alan

Simon's RTTL is very nice, up for sale now I see. Try Chris at HSL Mouldings and Barry at Westbourne Models, they should be able to supply the guns, cowl vents and a few other bits and bobs. The hardest thing to do are the turret domes, try Deans Marine for these and the machine guns they contain. Use 5/8" neoprene round section hatch seal to make the dinghy, it is very realistic once the strings are on. I cheated with mine, 2554 is configured as a post-war boat without armament, also from the excellent Pritchard plans (note that 2595 is alive and well, see her on the main page under Boats For Sale);

Regards, Christian.
