Hi there,

Just logged on today and seen new fundraising button on the site, hope all will try it and help out, take it that it is free to users and that advertisers pay a commission to the charity? another option perhaps to consider is Buy@, see the Medway Queen web-site on the links page of the BMPT site, this is a site which you can buy things from the big retailers on-line and they pay a cut to the charity, not quite the same at what you have but perhaps worth a look? should have mentioned it before. All the best,

JohnK

Hi Pathfinder,

Many thanks the above, glad to see HLF have given the trust some slack re Ark Royal, gives time to raise the funds and get her sorted. Pay Pal a good idea, also perhaps consider the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) think I mentioned them before, we use them or thier sponosored system for donations on-line for the Medway Queen. Re MQ, well, we contine to try and sort things with HLF, big meeting with them on the 17th, so fingers crossed we can get started on her new hull soon.
