Hello all

Well, this is my first post here, after having been reading for a long time, and I come with sad news of the condition of HSL 145 'Nanaloa', which I came across in West Mersea earlier this summer.

Firstly here's a link that gives a useful idea of her history:

http://www.merseamuseum.org.uk/mmresdetails.php?tot=3&cat=&col=MM&typ=all&hit=-2&pid=TXA00300" rel="nofollow - http://www.merseamuseum.org.uk/mmresdetails.php?tot=3&cat=&col=MM&typ=all&hit=-2&pid=TXA00300

Sorry, I'm don't know how to add it as an active link, but it should be easy enough to copy to a web browser.

Secondly I took a couple of photos to show the truly awful state she's now in.

Your link now works and it certainly gives some in depth history. This craft has an extensive thread http://www.bmpt.co.uk/hsl-145_topic178_page35.html" rel="nofollow - Here and if your pictures are recent shots I am surprised that she is still exists.

Ah rats! I missed that thread! Oh well.

My pictures were taken in July this year, so pretty recent.
It's immensely sad to see the needless demise of such a rare craft.
